    02/STRAIN & STATIC LOAD ANALYSIS

    Engineered specifically for High-Tensile systems.

    Cumulative pull calculation

    The engine calculates the cumulative pull on every end-assembly based on wire gauge (e.g. 12.5 ga), strand count, and tension target. 113 kg per wire at standard HT spec is treated as a hard constraint, not a guideline.

    Automated bracing logic

    Based on the angle of direction change (Δθ > 10°), the engine automatically inserts H-Braces, N-Braces or Deadman anchors into the BOM and the visual plan — in the right orientation.

    Soil & foundation calculator

    Required embedment depth and concrete volume are calculated against soil class (rock, clay, sand) and frost-line depth.
